St. Jude Catholic Church

A parishioner, Lisa Lester of Dublin, passed away on Saturday night, July 4. There will be visitation and a vigil service at Bowers Funeral Home in Pulaski on Tuesday, July 7, 6-8pm. The funeral will be held at St. Jude on July 8 at 11am, after which we will proceed to the cemetary.

Reconciliation is available from 6-7pm each Wednesday evening or by appointment.

Come joining in a reading of scripture each Wednesday evening before Mass. We will begin with St. Paul's Letter to the Romans. This will just be a time for reading or listening to scripture, there will be no formal discussion of the readings.

There will be no Daily Mass from 8/3 - 8/19 as Fr. Ken will be out of town.

There will be no Wednesday evening Reconciliation on 8/5, 8/12 or 8/19 while Fr. Ken is out of town. Reconciliation is available at St. Mary's in Blacksburg from 3:30-4:30 on Saturday afternoons.

We are beginning a new devotional practice on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Volunteers will take turns reading a chapter from the bible. No commentary. No editing. Just scripture read aloud

There will be no Daily Mass from 8/3 - 8/19 while Fr. Ken is out of town.
